District Manager
Tillhill Forestry Ltd

As a professional forester working in largely commercial, investment forestry in South Scotland the Royal Scottish Forestry Society provides excellent opportunities to engage with others from our industry who have similar passions and interests.

The regular visits and meetings are not only very good networking opportunities but they provide invaluable opportunities to learn from, and engage with, a wide range of forestry experts whilst visiting interesting sites that would not normally feature in day to day life. It is always good to have your views and opinions challenged by others from the industry, and beyond, who’s experience and knowledge always leads to thought provoking discussion.
