Meet one of our corporate members

Meet RTS forestry, Scotland and Northern England’s leading forest management and contracting company, and proud RSFS member.

The Royal Scottish Forestry Society has long been a constant and positive part of Scottish forestry life and the contribution it continues to make to our profession is there for all to see. The opportunity for foresters and forest enthusiasts to come together, discuss and debate all things to do with forestry and trees is invaluable.

Any argument that today’s Foresters are too busy to spend time within RSFS is so clearly wrong and I would urge all employers to look very carefully at the great benefits, both short and long term, of committing staff time and effort to active membership.

Across our professional staff, from our most recently recruits to those more seasoned woodland managers, we can all easily recognise the benefits of RSFS membership through the opportunities it provides to discuss, debate, mentor and learn alongside fellow foresters.

RSFS should be recognised and congratulated on the continued commitment across Scotland to our industry and RTS Forestry are committed to our long term corporate membership of this great organisation.
